“I did want you to know that I was up until 3am with family and friends catching up all weekend. Thursday through last night. Not a single time did I even get a headache. I want you to know that, that is UNHEARD of for me. The only worry I have had throughout wedding planning was getting a “migraine” for the day and not being able to enjoy it. Not a SINGLE pain. Not one. My posture was amazing and I actually felt confident in myself. For the first time I liked what I saw. I looked confident as hell, so I FELT confident as hell!

You truly are amazing at what you do and I’m SO glad you dove into it all head first and didn’t let up. You have literally changed my life. Not only that, but my outlook on life as well. You have helped save me from my self and I appreciate and respect the shit out of you.”

Has had migraines for 21 years at least once a week. Upped to 3-4 times a week for past 7-8 years. Countless medications, 4 different neurologists, MRI’s every 6 months for 5 years and as needed after that. As of that testimonial, we are on our 5th session.

Hey. I don’t know how well you remember me or if you still have my number, but my name is Chris G and I worked out with you around Covid time.

Anyway, I work a desk job 40 hours a week and tend bar for 20 hours a week on the weekends.

About about a year ago, my legs and back started getting really fatigued after bartending all weekend. I chalked it up to old(er) age and not taking the best care of myself.

Then one week after weraing the wrong shoes (insoles rule!). I felt pretty good pain in the left side of my back and down my leg.

I went to the doctor. He told me to rest and he’d give me a prescription. I picked it up to find that it was 90 Tramadol. Never heard of it.

Looked it up, found out it was an opioid and took one so I could sleep that night.

The next day I did a bunch of research and started basic isometric holds and exercises like planks, 90/90s, glute bridges, wall sits, horse, etc.

It took a couple weeks but the pain almost fully went away. I still get tired legs and a little sore but nowhere near what was up a few months ago.

I fixed my diet too (mainly because I had more hop in my step to prepare food and wasn’t always grabbing what was easiest) and have dropped from 215 to 195 since 1/1.

I just wanted to thank you. Had I never met you, I would have just blindly taken those pills, I’d probably gained 10 pounds and still have no resolution.

People don’t get praise from others enough so I hope this finds you well. You have made a difference in this persons life.
